Can I cancel due to rain on
the day of the shoot?

No cancellation fee will be charged for a 100% cancellation on the day of the shoot due to rain, 50% the day before, and up to 3 days before, but please be sure to contact us by e-mail if you need to cancel.

What happens if I am late
for a shoot?
A
A delay of up to 15 minutes will not affect the shooting.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your shooting time will be deducted. (e.g., 30 minutes late → 15 minutes of shooting time will be deducted)
